Lernplattform ILIAS des Helmholtz Zentrums München

Um die Lernplattform ILIAS zu nutzen, ist vorab zwischen der Helmholtz Zentrum München Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Gesundheit und Umwelt (GmbH) (nachfolgend „Helmholtz Munich“) und der/dem Mitarbeitenden eine Nutzungsvereinbarung abzuschließen. Durch die Anmeldung zur Lernplattform schließt die/der Mitarbeitende die Nutzungsvereinbarung ab.

1. Allgemeine Nutzungsbedingungen der ILIAS-Lernplattform bei Helmholtz Munich
Die Lernplattform ILIAS wird von Helmholtz Munich betrieben. Sie steht der/dem Mitarbeitenden (nachfolgend „Nutzerin/Nutzer“) von Helmholtz Munich nicht öffentlich als geschlossener Bereich zur Verfügung. Die Inhalte der Lernplattform stehen der Nutzerin bzw. dem Nutzer nach Maßgabe der Administration und grundsätzlich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Nutzungsrecht erlischt automatisch mit dem Ausscheiden bei Helmholtz Munich.

2. Zugang und Anmeldung
Der Zugang zur Lernplattform erfolgt über den persönlichen Microsoft 365-Account von Helmholtz Munich. Die Anmeldung ist ausschließlich durch die Nutzerin bzw. den Nutzer selbst vorzunehmen. Eine Weitergabe der Zugangsdaten ist untersagt.

3. Nutzung von Lernmaterialien
Alle in den zugangsgeschützten Bereichen verfügbar gemachten Lernmaterialien sind für den persönlichen Gebrauch der zugangsberechtigten Nutzerin bzw. des zugangsberechtigten Nutzers bestimmt und dürfen nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden.

4. Verpflichtung zur eigenständigen Bearbeitung
Die in der Lernplattform bereitgestellten Inhalte und abschließenden Lernerfolgskontrollen als Grundlage der Zertifizierung von Pflichtschulungen (E-Learnings) sind eigenständig und persönlich zu absolvieren. Eine Bearbeitung durch Dritte oder gemeinschaftlich ist nicht zulässig.

5. Vertraulichkeit und Datenschutz
Personenbezogene Daten, die während der Nutzung der Lernplattform und der Teilnahme an Pflichtschulungen (z.B. Bearbeitungsstatus, Abschlussnachweise) erfasst werden, werden ausschließlich für interne Nachweispflichten gemäß den geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen und zum Zweck der Bereitstellung des Dienstes verarbeitet. 6. Technische Voraussetzungen
Für die Nutzung des E-Learnings ist ein internetfähiges Endgerät mit aktuellem Browser erforderlich. Bei technischen Problemen steht der IT-Support und die zuständige Ansprechperson für die Lernplattform ILIAS zur Verfügung.

7. Rechtsfolgen bei Verstößen
Verstöße gegen diese Nutzungsbedingungen (z.B. Nichtbearbeitung der Pflichtschulung, Fremdbearbeitung) können arbeitsrechtliche Konsequenzen nach sich ziehen.

Learning platform ILIAS of Helmholtz Zentrum München

In order to use the ILIAS learning platform, a user agreement must be concluded in advance between Helmholtz Zentrum München Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Gesundheit und Umwelt (GmbH) (hereinafter referred to as "Helmholtz Munich") and the employee. By registering for the learning platform, the employee concludes the user agreement.

1. General terms of use of the ILIAS learning platform at Helmholtz Munich
The ILIAS learning platform is operated by Helmholtz Munich. It is available to employees (hereinafter referred to as “users”) of Helmholtz Munich as a closed area and is not accessible to the public. The contents of the learning platform are available to the user in accordance with the administration and generally free of charge. The right of use expires automatically when the user leaves Helmholtz Munich.

2. Access and registration
Access to the learning platform is via the personal Microsoft 365 account of Helmholtz Munich. Registration is to be carried out exclusively by the user him/herself. Passing on access data is prohibited.

3. Use of learning materials
All learning materials made available in the access-protected areas are intended for the personal use of the authorized user and may not be passed on to third parties.

4. Obligation to work independently
The content and final learning success checks provided on the learning platform as the basis for the certification of mandatory training (e-learning) must be completed independently and personally. Processing by third parties or jointly is not permitted.

5. Confidentiality and data protection
Personal data collected during the use of the learning platform and participation in mandatory training courses (e.g. processing status, proof of completion) is processed exclusively for internal verification obligations in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and for the purpose of providing the service. The user can find further information in the privacy policy.

6. Technical requirements
An internet-enabled device with an up-to-date browser is required to use the e-learning. In the event of technical problems, IT support and the contact person responsible for the ILIAS learning platform are available.

7. Legal consequences of violations
Violations of these terms of use (e.g. Failure to complete mandatory training, third-party processing) may have consequences under labor law.
